how to search when i were select a comboxlist,then the second comboxlist value show the relationship of the first comboxlist

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Here is the problem
i use php to use the plugin
and i have a database - two table

area table
areaid   areaName
--------------
1        Hong Kong Island
2        Kowloon
3        New Territories

district table
districtID  districtName areaID
--------------------------------
1           West Central 1
2           Central      1
3           Mong Kok     2

when i were select a comboxlist,then the second comboxlist value  show the 
relationship of the first comboxlist??

for example.
i select Hong Kong Island in the first comboxlist,
then the second comboxlist will show only areaid 1?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
