Add Google Colab #5

Hi, thank you for the great extension.

I hoped Google Colab is supported, so I added some codes.

But I'm not sure, it's done rightly.

So please check the code and reply to this message.

Thank you @4Urban for the contribution. The problem is that Google Colab is only relevant for Python repositories (ipynb files). It won't be right to add the link to every Github repository.

A good idea would be if we can detect and show this link only for a Python repo.

I see. I agree with that. I'll find the way to check what files are listed in the page.
