Is it possible to attach Markov models at the terminal ends of a decision tree and do a cost-utility analysis without having to run the Markov models separately, input the results into the decision tree and then do a PSA?
You can't add anything onto a terminal node, but you can add Markov chains onto chance nodes to do this (in a Markov Model, where terminal nodes are not available)
