Add an example in the gallery and notebooks of voronoi cells usage. Use the L stop data and/or air pollution data from https://aqs.epa.gov/aqsweb/airdata/download_files.html
Preference: First, add a layered map to the Quickstart with h3, census, and L-stop voronoi. Second, add a gallery example of the PM2.5 data to show a more reasonable usage of voronoi.
