Influxdb stats are not kept long enough #1338

Hi this is possibly operational issue but i'll open it here as well.

The stats on influxdb that are used for the grafana dashboard are too short lived to produce meaningful documentation on events and trends.

The timespan period of 5 days cannot show trends that we need and we are ending up using 3rd party tools and customer data in order to get a better visibility between the systems.

Lets investigate first how much space is consumed for gathering info for 5 days.

@dinosn Can you check the current live environments and report how much influxdb storage they are consuming?
