Adding an admin user for a VM directly makes him admin on the Account and all VDCs of it #1858

Hi,

When adding an user as Admin for one VM inside a VDC, the action will make him also an Admin on that VDC but also on all VDCs of that Account.

Autotests to cover this issue will be added in #1879

We should make sure that when access is given on a vm this user can not see other cloudspaces within the same account.
