当前修改挑战后会清除挑战记录和翻译
之前设计“删除挑战记录”是因为修改挑战可能会“删除/增加”挑战（会导致料想不到的冲突？）。如果限制“删除/增加”挑战，则不会有这个问题。见 issue： https://github.com/decert-me/website/issues/469
即需要保留“挑战记录”，”翻译“内容可以维持清除的设计。
