No "table of contents" in UG #10

Team's Response

The table of contents is not a compulsory portion for the user guide and since the length of our user guide is not excessively long, we do not find the need for one as of this stage of our project. However if in the future as more commands are being added and the length of userguide gets longer. Table of contents will be added

Reason for disagreement: This is most definitely in scope. A table of content is used in AB3 and is important in user manuals for the sake of organisation, formatting and to not inconvinience the users. It is not dependant on the length of the content.
