What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Voice voice = new Voice("xxx@gmail.com", "pass");
2. voice.sendSMS("918970141047", "Hi");
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
send sms to any mobile number through google voice api.

Logged in to Google - Auth token received

https://www.google.com/voice/ - 302 - new URL:

No name matching www.gmail.com found
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
google-voice-java-1.8-java5.jar, java6, json.jar, win7

You are attempting text India.  Google Voice can only SMS to USA and Canada.
