[WIP] Fix vagrant #21

In an attempt to fix the vagrant box, I made the following changes:

Fix autoloading of AppKernel the Symfony 2.8 way
Protect app_dev.php available with SYMFONY_ENV=dev
Create a writable stash directory and symlink it

Let me know what yout think.

Current version works with app/console cache:clear however files are owned by www-data, this causes permission issues. sudo-ing it, requires you to chown it. Maybe run FPM as vagrant here?
