Get pipe with 3.5" 2" h inside diameter from Eastside Steel or Clackamas Steel
Weld and machine the fixture
Apply refractory if necessary

Also need to think about pieces required to build casting boxes for chest base, chest left right and hip left right. Basically, something big like 14".
