Add `tvOS` support #9

This is unfortunately not possible currently as spawn.h for tvOS and watchOS make it impossible to execute a child process as APIs are unavailable.

Adding the wontfix label to this ticket because of this.

Removing the wontfix label since changing things up to provide non-executable resources.
