I'd like sandplate to "be aware" of it's uptime and recover from downtime/internet outages with some mild self awareness. Might benefit from #22, as well as possible integration with statuspage, the same service that discord uses for it's status page

Another aspect of this is being aware of other things, such as the current vs previous bot account, or tracking what guilds the bot is in (with regards to per guild configuration)
