Hey, is it possible to get this merged and have a new version of this crate soon? I'm trying to use reqwest 0.12 in my project but it is currently blocked by this.

I had to wait for request-middleware to be updated but I just checked and looks like that should be good now. I'll try to finish up those changes soon.
