Blackwater dagger drop subtracts hit instead of adding

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. blackwater dagger dropped
 Had Quick strike dagger equipped with 155% hit 
No weapon = 135% hit
blackwater dagger equip = 125% instead of 175% expected

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
175% instead my hit drops to 125%

What version of the product are you using? On what device?
V0.06.11 on lg optimus

Please provide any additional information below.
It was a drop not one sold by tge vendor

Just saw blackwater misery is the cause of my difficulty . Gotta say its 
completely stupid To have an entire area filled with great upgrades that 
instead completely screw you with a huge debuff.  Why would anyone ever 
buy/sell/use any of it. Why would you even write it into the game?

Have you tried using the whole set together? Blackwater Misery doesn't stack.
