feat: Revamp #19

First I'd like to thank you for such an excellent UI library and for providing SSR support 🙏

The goal of this PR is to make the demo up to date with the latest changes on nuxt

Add support for nuxt version >=3.7
Add auto-import for naive-ui components and composables
Add volar types for intellisense
Transform the code into a local nuxt module for easier setup
