I need contribution on the following skins. The skins shall come with default 
OS visual theme, default toolbars 
and default URLs/Titles/Tabs. Everything as default as possible. Please refer 
to the sample attached.

- IE 6 English + Windows XP
- IE 7 English + Windows Vista (Aero Off)
- IE 8 English + Windows 7 (Aero Off)
- FireFox 3 English + Windows XP / Vista / 7 (Aero Off)
- Chrome 4 English + Windows XP / Vista / 7 (Aero Off)
- Opera 10 English + Windows XP / Vista / 7 (Aero Off)
