Proposal for AI Helpdesk Feature

Currently, users may encounter challenges while booking cabs or accessing services, leading to frustration and inefficiency. To enhance the user experience, I propose implementing a dedicated AI helpdesk feature that provides timely support and guidance throughout the cab rental process.

Proposed Features

• Live Chat Support: Introduce a live chat option for users to connect with AI-driven support representatives in real time, ensuring immediate assistance with booking, inquiries, and service-related questions.
• FAQs Section: Develop a comprehensive FAQs section that addresses common inquiries related to cab bookings, payment processes, and account management, helping users find quick answers.
• Tutorials and Guides: Create video tutorials and step-by-step guides on how to effectively use the platform, including booking procedures and payment options, to enhance user understanding and engagement.
• Feedback Mechanism: Implement a feedback form for users to report issues or suggest improvements, allowing us to continuously enhance our services based on user input.
