add a toggle button for small pages. #416

When the page becomes small, the options in the header appear messy like this Screenshot 2024-10-15 133005 and in the ultimate small pages, it disappear totally. It will be very confusing for user if they open it in small pages, they can not find any options and it will be very a bad impression on user about the website. Screenshot 2024-10-15 132952 Please assign this task to me. I will add or create a toggle button which will appear in small screens with proper navigation .
