i would like to provide animation to the title text at home page ! #494

the issue is that because it dosent have animation it dosen't look intuitive and engaging . allow me to provide animation to this text assign me this issue under gssoc 24 extd , hactober fest , atleast level 2 please because its hard to make text animation ,,, @07sumit1002
