Topic Spacing between the form and the main banner and having a box outline the text written

Details Here the spacing should be done evenly along with it making the form entry in a tabular format with filed which span a larger region along with it making it better in styling and formatting Please I request you to allow me to resolve this issue as i have uniquely identified this issue by myself as it is my first time contributing as a developer so i would extremely grateful to contribute in your esteemed project .
