correct me if i'm wrong, but i believe this form isn't really used in english, it should either be "i've lived in hinamizawa for a few years" or "i used to live in hinamizawa;" could also go a step further and cut the second "always", it's a bit redundant with the first, although i suppose it might be up to preference/interpretation
