So it looks like while Lie Lies-Lies Lie doesn't play in any of the Hou+ arcs, if you select it in the music room, then its really bad new rendition plays. The previous one is actually still among the data, so replacing it is very easy. But it'd be nice if that wasn't necessary.
I'm not sure if music room obeys the BGM selection (eg new bgm or GIN's BGM options)
Metadata doesn't change when using old BGM
If you use the old BGM, its titles and other metadata don't get changed accordingly.
So for example, the music room still claims the first track is Let's go with School Mode by xaki, even though it's actually a completely different track by AI-D-IA.
Character not supported by font
Looks like this song uses a character not supported by the font.
Will probably get worse when switch to new font, need test
