ポ is used as executable icon #3

We should update the executables to use the umineko question and answer icons (or if too difficult, just use umineko question icon), instead of the ポ icon

The ポ is ponscripter's icon You can configure how it sets up the build with this folder https://github.com/07th-mod/ponscripter-fork/tree/mod/src/resources Or if the parameters need to be different for question/answer, I'm sure there's a tool that lets you just edit the resources section of an exe
