Photoshop Editables #175

Use this issue to backup any Photoshop or other 'original' files used in the installer.

Here are the PSD files for the chapter buttons we use the installer (updated version with bigger fonts and some with different characters)

AFPHOTO doc is the original; PSD may have some differences in how the filters are applied.
