This PR contains installer updates for files hosted on Github. It makes the following changes
[x] IMPORTANT TODO: Make sure removed installOnRepair items are added back in (in some shape or form), as it is required for the "Quick Repair" option of the installer!
[x] TODO: Update installData.json and versionData.json to use archives from Github instead of 07th-mod.com
Support for split archives. Works as follows:
Files ending with .7z.001 or .zip.001 will be extracted as normal. 7zip automatically handles reading the remaining parts
Files ending with .7z.002, .7z.003 etc. will be ignored (they also won't be treated like normal files and won't be copied to the game folder).
NOTE: This breaks how the "test archive during download" works, since to work you'd need to download all the split archive parts, and only then test them. But the installer currently isn't really 'aware' of how split archives works - for now it just doesn't test split archives. Hopefully being hosted on Github eliminates the issues we had sometimes with corrupted downloads. But we can add the 'test archive' feature back later if it is necessary.
Note 2: Only Umineko Question/Answer 'Full' install, and Console arcs currently use split archives (I think?). Other chapters are relatively small.
[x] TODO: regenerate cachedDownloadSizes once installData.json finalized.
[x] TODO: Add a note in the installer that we've made major changes and some things may break
[x] TODO: Bump required installer version as you MUST use the new installer for Umineko to handle the split archives.
