The clause お世辞にも小綺麗だとは言えない is modifying 二階建てのアパート, not 単車. So a correct translation would be something like:

The lone motorcycle pulled up and stopped in front of a two-story apartment complex that couldn't be called 'neat' even as flattery.

Found another.

「……明日のお弁当は腕によりをかけますです。」 "...Tomorrow's contest will be decided by skill."

腕によりをかける is an expression meaning to give one's all, to give it one's best. Rika's saying she's going to do her best for her bento tomorrow - this is said in response to Mion revealing the penalty game, which has left everyone shocked/scared. A correct translation would be something like:

"...I'm going to give tomorrow's bento my all."

or

"...I'm going to do my best for tomorrow's bento."
