Fixes to be applied to Umineko Answer archives

There is a voice file with some corruption at the end, voice/32/53700015.ogg. This should be added to one of the update archives. Even though we use the .arc archives for the voice files, the game will prefer the files on disk, so this file will be played instead of the corrupted one. ~~umineko-voice-fix.zip~~
I used a script to detect files with high volume in the last 5ms of the file, and found 10 files with similar issues. Here is an archive with the 10 fixed ones: umi-answer-voice-fix.zip

I've updated the archive with the voice fixes and the 1080p images, but it won't update for a while. Check back later at https://07th-mod.com/Bern/Umineko-Answer-Update-Full-Rolling-ALL-OS.7z and then update version in the installer.

Updated the installer. Will close this issue as I don't think there will be many more archive changes.

Will open new issue if heaps more stuff needs to be modified.
