Are you sure you are using the right 0.utf file? The executable seems to be the right one, though. Double check and see if you got the right 0.utf. If you got both right, I guess we'll some more help here. Perhaps something went wrong with the current Mac executable.

Hm it seems to be related to the 0.utf file, I downloaded it from your post, the link is https://github.com/07th-mod/umineko-question/releases/tag/v2.5 Im pretty new at patching games. ;( I managed to get the sound and graphics working though. Do you know of any other 0.utf link I can use that may work? Thanks :) <3

This is currently my setup.

I get the feeling that you haven't done anything wrong but the executable seems to be borked. Let me page @drojf to see if he can take a look at this.

The MAC executable goes inside the Umineko1to4 Folder for mac users - you have to replace the file at Umineko\Umineko1to4.app\Contents\MacOS\umineko4

The MAC executable is "umineko4_FOR_MAC_USERS" you can download at the bottom of https://github.com/07th-mod/umineko-question/releases/latest

The mac executable doesn't have the '.exe' extension. You must rename the mac executable as "umineko4" and replace the existing umineko4 at Umineko\Umineko1to4.app\Contents\MacOS\umineko4

The instructions are under the "Mac OS Users" section at https://github.com/07th-mod/umineko-question/releases/latest but let me know if you still have problems

You may also need to replace the entire .app file if the above doesn't work, as per the instructions here:

I'm going to close this as you haven't responded for a very long time. Hopefully the changed install method (replacing the entire .app file) will stop this issue from happening.
