Voice audio quality for Question Arcs #89

For some reason the audio quality of the question arcs near the start of the game is really screwed up. The ps3 audio files also seem to have the same behavior (unless they weren't extracted correctly).

Overall the voice audio quality seems lower than the answer arcs. Also, as noted by newby24, the question arcs are encoded as Stereo, while the a Answer arcs are Mono, which could cause a reduction in quality.

Just to be sure - it's mainly really bad just near the start of the game in particular, not the whole game.

The raw PS3 audio files seem to have problems near the start of the game as well - so I don't think we can fix this issue. The only thing we could do would be to re-encode the audio as mono, but keep the same bitrate. However I don't think it would make much difference in terms of audio quality.
