F10 options/hotkeys/Voice matching level not documented #15

We seem to get questions about how to open the F10 menu / what the voice matching levels are quite often.

Previously, the voice-matching levels were removed as they were out of date (see https://github.com/07th-mod/wiki/issues/8)

The matching levels do appear to be documented here: https://github.com/07th-mod/higurashi-patch-compiler/wiki/Notes

In addition, there doesn't appear to be any documentation of the hotkeys (at the very least, the F10 key should be documented, so that the user can see the rest of the hotkeys in-game)

Ideally the options should be described in-game, but if not, the wiki seems to be the place to put it.
