• deciding what the minimal, standard, and stretch requirements are as a group and breaking down the requirements into smaller tasks
• wrote up the README for the project repo and pushed it to the repo

• creating at least the screen of 'Adding a product to the shopping cart' (might not be functional just yet, but will add in functionality if time constraints for this sprint allow)

   • nothing as of yet as we are just beginning to design our project and haven't coded anything yet

   • for individual assignment, wrote an inventory website page with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

1. What did you work on during the two-week preceding iteration?

• Created the configuration for our project repository, which is now the default react app, as well as the github settings for adding collaborators and establishing branch merging guidelines.
• Discussions concerning an e-commerce app were held with the team, and minimal, standard, and stretch criteria were written down. After that, the team talked and made improvements.
• Additionally, work was done on modifying the project structure to add server-side and client-side folders..

2. What significant problems or difficulties did you encounter?

• As a result, aside from choosing and reaching agreement on what absolute necessities ought to be included in project's standards, I haven't faced any significant challenges over the past two weeks.

3. What are you going to work on during the upcoming iteration, which lasts for two weeks?

• Next week, I'll be working on one of the bare minimum criteria, user authentication with password assistance that also has a facility for password reset.I broke it down into simple, doable tasks for simplicity of use.

   • Brainstormed minimal, standard, and stretch requirements with the group
   • Created the product page prototype for project progress 1

2. What were any major issues/challenges you ran into?

   • There weren't any major issues. The only minor issue we had was finalizing the requirements and agreeing on which requirement category certain requirements should be in.

3. What do you plan to work on for this coming iteration (2 weeks)?

   • I will be working on completing the UI for the individual product page, likely using mock data to start with, and I will try to implement most of the functionality on the page.
