Hello friend! Could you please try the following: 1) Open the app and tap on Reset Config 2) Setup your settings in Configuration Service as described on the app page and upload it on the Watch: https://murmuring-escarpment-62267.herokuapp.com/app_configurations https://091500.github.io/ifttthooks/ 3) provide the result
if the issue still exists, i will try to test it on a new Galaxy Watch 3 emulator
I uninstalled and installed the app on the watch earlier this week and the widget was working again, but yesterday it stopped working, same issue so I uninstalled and installed it a 2nd time and it's working again now. I'll wait a few days and if/when it happens again I'll do as requested.
Hello. The same issue happened again after a few days of the re installation process so I tried as described above, the issue persists, I'm attaching another picture to show that apparently the widget is not responding properly.
Again, if I open the app > send trigger and click on a trigger, it works fine, but the widget is not working properly.
ok, got it. i will try to find a reason, then fix
good news. I was able to reproduce the issue on Tizen 5.5 Emulator. I will fix as soon as possible.
the widget issue was fixed and tested. now Samsung Team will validate the new version. If everything is ok - a new version will appear in the Galaxy Store. It takes about 5 working days. Stay tuned!
That's great news! Can't wait for the new version! Thanks!!
Hello, the new version should be available. Could you please update and try? Post your results here.
Hello, I've updated the app to version 1.0.11, but I am still getting the same issue :( I am able to send triggers from within the app, but the widget is not working.
I'll re install the app with the new version and see is that fixes it.
hello, did reinstall help?
Yes, it helped, no issues so far. Please allow me a few more days to test, as in the other times, it started failing a few days after reinstall.
hello! how is your testing going? any issues? does the widget work as you expect?
Hello, the issue is back :( I am able to send the trigger through the app, but within the widget itself.
interesting situation. maybe you can describe how it came back? so you say that at first everything was working, but after some period of time it stopped working? how much time passed between working and not working?
Honestly, I don't even use it that often, only when for some reason my auto-unlock doesn't work when I get home. but I was testing it everyday at least once, and suddenly yesterday it stopped working again. I'm not changing any event/key within the app.
I think around 2 weeks of working when it stopped working again.
seems this is caused by the Tizen itself. Some kind of a system bug. Another user said that when he removed the widget and then readded - it started working again.
Removing the widget and readding it does help, but after a while it stops again and you have to do it again :(
Hello, I have a Galaxy Watch 3, Tizen version 5.5.0.2, and I use it with an IPhone 12. I have exactly the same problem. The Widget works at the beginning and few hours later it doesn't. And effectively when I remove the widget and I add it again it works ...
If it can help ...
Regards
Hi. I have a Galaxy Watch (SM-R805F) with tizen 5.5.0.1 and have the same issue. The triggers work fine, but the widget does not. The strange thing is that this is only an issue when connected to my S10E over Bluetooth. I have tried to enable tethering on my phone.
If my watch is not connected to my phone over Bluetooth widgets does work. Connected to internet either true WIFI or 4G. I have tried removing and adding the watch to my phone, but issue is still the same.
Hope for a fix soon. Thanks
Hello, first of all, thanks for the app. I'm enjoying it, but I am having 2 issues with the widget. I'm using a Galaxy Watch3 - Tizen version 5.5.0.1 I ws able to configure the app and the issues are:
I've tried setting up the widgets again and restarting the watch and the problem persists.
Let me know if you need more details.
Thanks, Dun
