Add missing Norse skirmish replacements #21

Replacements are based on comments in "Faction: Norse" forum topic (https://wildfiregames.com/forum/index.php?/topic/17918-faction-norse):

The advantage of these replacements is obvious: it allows to use Norse on wider range of skirmish maps (including ones designed for 0 A.D.). I can't think of any disadvantages.

I didn't discuss these changes with any Millennium A.D. developers, so this pull request is a change/discussion proposal.

Yeah, this seems to be the case for bundled 0 A.D. maps. I noticed the missing replacements because a couple of errors (with trireme and walls) were reported in a blogpost (http://my0ad.blogspot.ru/2016/02/blog-post.html), apparently they occurred on a custom map.
