Logo & banner #5

It would be nice to have a logo and a page-width banner.

What we currently have: post-15796-0-33632600-1385678483

The idea with the shield is okay, but a more simple approach would be better. Next item to be created is a banner to use atop announcements, pages etc.

We have a banner, and a logo hasn't been needed till now
