Zapotecs - Conquering Enemy Corral #61

I played as Zapotecs against the Xiongnu. The Zapotecs don't have a corral, but the Xiongnu have a corral building. I conquered one from my enemy (Xiongnu) and was able to develop the Xiongnu tech, but I was unable to breed animals. However, I should not be able to develop enemy tech after conquering buildings.
