Hello,

I've added the CONTRIBUTING.md and CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md files as discussed in the issue. Here are the details of the changes:

Changes Made:

1. Created the CONTRIBUTING.md file with instructions for how to contribute to the project, such as how to set up the development environment, how to submit a pull request, and the coding standards and conventions to follow.
2. Created the CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file that outlines the expected behavior for participants in the project, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior. It also provides information on who to contact in case of violations.

How to Test:

1. Navigate to the repository and ensure that the CONTRIBUTING.md and CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md files are present.
2. Open the files and ensure that the content is appropriate and follows the standard format for contributing guidelines and code of conduct.

I believe these files are essential for setting the expectations and rules for contributors and participants in our project. I've thoroughly reviewed these changes and everything seems to be in order. However, I'd appreciate if you could review my work and provide any feedback.
