Settings not saving #42

My fault some of the settings are not saving

when you change the toggles for the history or the theme and reload the page it should save the setting you selectedd

this is still true will be fixed it doesn't save the theme, others do save and work

obvious use memo issue gonna research that hook further, think I never even saw that code much more focused on storing it and reading it.
