After Test CI, the CI should:

Test CI artifacts have been added to master with #37.

Success coverage condition has been lowered to condition between 75 and 80% coverage.
CI now fails below 75% of coverage.
Artifact is generated at the end of CI and uploaded as an artifact in Markdown format.
