Displaying message for users when Bungie API is in maintenance
- Users have access to a button redirecting to the Bungie Help X account when clicked.
- Users have access to another button that reloads the screen when clicked.

Further improvement would be to display a specific message if the API is in maintenance or if another issue occurs.
