Patch map popups #2

It was discovered that map popups for Temple Grounds and Mirrors Wake don't show up on soft resets of the level. Possibly other levels as well. Should we patch them out, or patch them in? Seems like there may be a flag set that we could hijack. Not entirely certain.

I think this should just be a livesplit settings option to patch out or in the popups.
