feat: Filter and sorting #4

need to add filter and sorting options in backend and frontend, navbar needs redesign to be collapse able

@alvarotorrestx this will require knowledge of rust as well as react (tailwind+daisyUI), I am sure you can make the filtering section but probably not the backend logic, I still need to figure out how SQL will be constructed properly in backend for these features but... you can work on the frontend part only as well, also if you use discord, send friend request to me at username bisskut

my apologies, I hadn't realized it contained rust in it and I haven't dabbled with it. I tried to get it running for me but was having issues. I will unassign myself for now

no worries, I haven't actually set up the readme and stuff, and was just testing out the issues feature, this my first time using issues in my own repo, I wasn't expecting a contribution so soon lol, I am trying it out as more of a TODO list

Haha it's all good, I'll keep an eye on it too in the sense to where I can learn to run it and help out if it gets to that point!
