LCD-reported File Names #7

Currently, the name written to the LCD screen is the default name, reflecting the now-deprecated naming system. A function ("updateFileDisplay(...)"?) should be implemented to reflect the new name whenever a file is created with the Start/Stop button

Two updateFileName(...) functions have been introduced to both report and clear the names of files at the time of Start and Stop button presses. Open files' names are reported at the top of the display.
