CSV export - multi-line subs show in different rows in Excel #196

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create SRT file with multi-line subs
2. export as CSV (type 1 or 2)
3. open in Excel or Open/LibreOffice Calc

What is the expected output? 
Multi-line subs get their own cell.

What do you see instead?
Second line of multi-line sub is on a new row. This breaks reimporting.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.3 v8 on Win 7
