.scc export header error #198

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. save .scc file
2. try to load in premier pro cc. It gives header error
3. file does not get loaded

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
.scc imported in Premier pro CC

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.3.11 and 3.3.12

Please provide any additional information below.
Previous version use to export files fine. Premiere pro was able to import them.

Hi,

What header error exactly?
Could you supply a file that works?

What version of SE worked?

Thanks for getting back.
I tried installing older versions but .scc file exported from every version
gives the same error when imported in Premier Pro CC. It used to import
files fine exported with 3.3.11 version but it does not import anymore.
When I generate .scc file from online version of subTitle edit, it get
imported fine.

"Error : File can not be imported because of header error"

Does subTitle-edit leave any files that stay even after uninstalling it ?
It looks like there might be any file that has left on my computer that is
causing this error.

Hm, could you try different "Encodings" when you save?
Perhaps Premier Pro CC don't like UTF-8 so try something like 1252... or 
perhaps it requires UTF-8.

I tried Unicode, UTF7, UTF8 and Unicode32 but none of them seem to be
working.

Which "encoding" online version uses to save .scc file bcz file generated
by online-version works?

You should try an ANSI encoding, like "1252: Western European".
Does that work for you?

yes!! encoding 1252 works.
