unable to start tesseract subtitle edit. make sure tesseract-ocr 3.x is installed #209

hello when i try to convert sup with ocr I get this error: unable to start 
tesseract subtitle edit. make sure tesseract-ocr 3.x is installed
what should I do?
I have installed tesseract 3.02
My O.S is windows server 2008 r2
