[Feature Request] Make Branch Guide working completely and more complete #154

I read the source codes of both OpenTaiko and TJAPlayer3. It seems that OpenTaiko only provides a config for banch guide, which does nothing, while TJAPLayer3 actually utilized it. I tried to copy the codes starting from here to OpenTaiko, but the game crashes because some other variables of the CStage演奏ドラム画面 or CStage演奏画面共通 class are changed. Hope this information helps.
