[QOL] Auto-updater as a separate application #361

Which would allow to change some settings on the fly, can be useful from the multiple save files update to avoid the need to use dangerous memory shenanigans in-game. Should also include an auto-updater.

Changed to "Auto-updater" as a separate application and moved up in priority, the other features (specific settings, change save file slots) are less important and would have a different ticket once the Auto-updater part will be done
