[Bug] Using a missing Scene Preset does not resort to default Scene Preset #616

The Outfox folder includes a scene preset tag (SCENEPRESET:Outfox), and should point to "" in Presets.json when a scene preset isn't found. Instead, it will load anything it can find, including scene assets not meant to be loaded by default.
