Get Contacts not blocking contacts #8

When I select the default android contacts app or the simple contacts app and tick "get contacts". The app can still see the contacts.

Are you saying the system Contacts Application is still grabbing Contacts ? also what collection are you using ?

Yes, it's still showing the contacts. I didn't do anything except tick the checkbox. The default collection. Other things seem to work like blocking the microphone.

Well I mean that is a System Application , you want me to block the System app the app that stores contacts into its own space ? You want me to deny it access from it self ? No purpose or use , freeze the app then ??? xD

Your telling the Contact Manager to Not store contacts in that case just Freeze it and or dont store contacts ?

I've tried both system contacts app and contacts app from the play store and it could grab my contacts. I can still see the contacts from my google account in both those apps. What's this feature supposed to do?
